SHIPPING POLICY

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship within the United States and internationally including Canada. We are striving to provide delivery to more and more countries. Feel free to contact us at support@neafs.com if you want to know more information about delivery to your country.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on USA orders above $50

For orders under $50, shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the Total Weight, Order Amount of your order and etc.

Please note that when shipping internationally we have no control over the custom fees/duties, in most cases our customers aren’t required to pay them but it may occur and it is not included in the shipping fee.

How long does it take to have my order shiped?

Items will be shipped out within 3-5 working days after full payment is received. Tracking No. will be updated to the email/phone number that you left with your order. We strongly recommend you to register as our Member in case that you have trouble on receiving the e-mail/texts.

If you realize that you entered the wrong shipping information or notice anything odd about your tracking, feel free to email support@neafs.com. We’re always here to help!

Where does NEAFS ship from?

Most of the orders are shipped directly from United States Warehouse.Few orders might will be shipped from HK, China. It depends on our inventory control.

 

What’s NEAFS's shipping options & how long does shipping take?

Please also keep in mind that the estimated shipping time does not include the time it takes to process and package the order.

Estimates for determining delivery time is not guaranteed. We have absolutely no control over the package once we give it to USP or USPS and unfortunately we cannot control any delays that may occur. Sometimes either by weather, holidays or a mistake by a US Pemployee packages do get delayed, which is why cannot guarantee arrival dates or times.

If you have not received your items over 15 days after receiving the tracking number, please contact us at support@neafs.com so that we can help you out with that.

 

Do you ship to a PO BOX?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

 

What if my item breaks during shipping?

Although we inspect and double check every package that we send out to ensure the contents arrive in the same condition as they left, we cannot control what happens to the contents during transition.

Please note we do not accept returns on broken/defective items that are used, there are no exceptions. If the product arrives broken or defective please do not use it or throw it away!

Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery, provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

What if I entered the incorrect or need to change my shipping information?

Incorrect shipping information may cause delays,  package to be delivered to the wrong person or fail to be delivered and returned to us. So please double check the order confirmation email  that including  the shipping information you entered after you place order. And please contact us immediately If you realize that the information you entered was incorrect/incomplete before it’s sent out or we’ll be unable to change the address but we’ll do our best.

Please also note that in case that any fees that occured due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information will be on your charge.
